1. Individuals (regular members / supporting members)
Please download the application form linked below and send it by mail to the secretariat address or by attaching it to your e-mail address. Please circle the types of regular members and supporting members, and fill in all applicable items in the application form.
After receiving the membership, we will notify you by e-mail (or call us if you do not have an e-mail address). Please transfer the annual membership fee to the designated bank account within one week after that. Please note that the annual membership fee once transferred cannot be refunded for any reason.
2. Group members (regular members / supporting members)
First of all, please contact us at this e-mail address to the effect that you would like to join. Before joining the membership, we will proceed with the membership procedure after meeting with the officials of your organization. We would appreciate it if you could list multiple candidates for convenient dates and days. Please include the group name, representative, group address, name of the person (person in charge) to contact, job title, and contact information (telephone number, fax number, email address) in the email.
3. Continuing members (regular members / supporting members of individuals / groups)
If the year (April to March) changes and you are still a member, please deposit the membership fee to the designated bank account from April 1st to April 30th every year.
4. Withdrawal / adjournment
If you wish to withdraw or cancel your membership, please contact us at our email address. Please note that the annual membership fee once transferred cannot be refunded for any reason.
